Add Segoe UI font to ForeFront theme

Hi

I just signed up and would like to use the segoe ui font (https://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/font.aspx?FMID=1792 ) type but I can’t see it available in the ForeFront theme I am using. It’s basically the latest official font used by Microsoft.

Is there an easy way to use it?
