Add second description field

@paddyuboot install Advanced Custom Fields, create a field group for
the second Brands taxonomy. Display this field in your template by following the ACF documentation.

i have managed to add the field for the description in the brand edit page. I also know how to display it in the frontend via shortcode. But where does the shortcode belong? Which file in the plugins folder is the template file for the frontend?

i copied woocommerce/archive-product.php to yourtheme/woocommerce/taxonomy-pwb-brand.php. For test purposes i added an php-echo with hello world, which is displayed in the frontend.

So i then added my field with echo get_field(‘marke-bottom-content’); but it does not show in the frontend and i dont know why. Do you know why?

Were you able to figure this out? @quadlayers this is an important feature in terms SEO where you don’t want to display content in the fist frame but display it at the end of the product loop. Even the premium plugin does not have it.

It will be great if you could help me out in this or maybe just point me in the right direction. Thanks

I have seen a code here that does exactly what you’re requesting, but the functionality is not complete. The edit form field can only output plain text. It does not work with images, shortcodes, etc.

Quadlayers, add this feature. Its very needful for seo
