• Hi there!

    I’m using the plugin on a multisite network. On the main site we added a source (Instagram), and configured a feed with no problems.

    When we tried to do the same on the other network websites, once we complete the “Add source” procedure the source doesn’t get saved, and it doesn’t appear in the settings page.

    We tried to export and import the feed ma an error appears.

    What could be the problem?

    Thank you for contacting us! It’s possible there is a database issue or other problem on the back end that is preventing sources from being saved on subsites. Could you send us a support request on our website here so we can take a closer look at this?
