Add Sales from before WC Vendor was activated

    Hi, I just installed WC Vendor and am trying it out. Is there a way to have it include sales from before it was installed. For example, I have a number of sales in September and October I want my vendors to be able to see in their reporting area. They have been vendors all along in a sense, I just haven’t had a way for them to see sales. But I notice those aren’t there when I test login as one of them, even though they are assigned as the vendor. New sales are added.

    PS. I tried to search on this but didn’t know how you might label it “previous sales”?

    If the sales did not occur when the current vendor of the product(s) had the VENDOR role from WC Vendors, then it would not be able to be assigned to the vendor from that previous sale.
    I will see if there is something that can be run int he database to alter this, but I do not believe so.

    Thanks, wonder if I could somehow manually change the date I assigned the vendor to a specific product?

    Hi Anna, I realize there isn’t an out of the box way, but if you can tell me if there is a db that has the date created that it’s compared against or something that stores the date, perhaps we can manually overwrite it? I just need to do it for a few people.

    What vendors see is based on what is in the commissions table in the database. So if you were to manually log the commissions in the database, after having assigned the vendors to the relevant products. You would have to manually calculate the commission amounts also. But it would then all show up for them.
