Add rule is not working

  • Hello,

    I have installed Advanced flat rate shipping free version. But when I add rule like cart contains product equal to – nothing is coming. No product has been shown. Can you please inform me why it is happening. I am using old version of woocomerce.

    So, can you please share the current activated plugin list and WordPress version so, we can check the version compatibility and get back to you.

    You can also share console log or error log if you have any.
