add RSS widgets to custom admin menu page

Hello. I have created a new admin menu called “Feeds”. I would like to be able to add several RSS widgets to this admin page. My searches online are only coming up with adding widgets to the main dashboard page. Could somebody please post the code that I would need to add to my custom admin page in order to add rss widgets to it?
