Add role setting for viewing Payments page

    In class-paytium.php I changed public function add_plugin_admin_menu() tot the minimum capability of edit_posts so that editors are capable of managing orders.

    It would be nice if this could be added as a setting so that it can be decided who can manage the orders.

    I have changed this and will test it more extensively, if it is stable I’ll have it pushed to the latest update ??
