"Add redirect" doesn't scroll down

Hi!

If you are in version 2.3.15 on Site “404s” with a long list and you klick on the first entry “Add redirect” it fills in the form at the bottom but it doesn’t scroll down. Firefox 37.0.2. No error in debug console.

Please can you integrate something like scrollIntoView(false)
false = means the bottom of the element (= the form at the bottom) will be aligned to the bottom of the visible area
