add recipe to a blog page?

    I added this plugin becaseu it looks awesome, but now that i’m trying to use it i am confused. How do i add a recipe with cooked to a blog post? I want to have my little story first before the recipe which i will build in the cooked format (which people can then print – without my little story!) I can’t see how to do this.
    Additionally when i go to add the recipe from the dashboard, it seems to be just like adding a regular blogg post…. Please can someone help me because i’m sure i must be missing something obvious!

    Once you create a new recipe, you can add that recipe to any blog post or page by using the [cooked-recipe] shortcode. You can find the specific shortcode for the recipe you just created by editing the recipe and looking for the shortcode section near the top of the edit screen:
