Add radius field in the record

Good afternoon everyone. I need to create two radius fields in the registration page of my wordpress . A radio field will be written client and the other will be written technician. How do I play the value of the selected field to the database . I am unable to play value. In which file I can move the queries of the database . I thank you guys there .
