Can someone outline the steps to add a QuickTime video clip to a post? I don’t want embedded video URL clip instructions. I want to upload the source video to my hosted WP in the Media Library, and then, embed a video player and my video into my post. I would use the WP video player but getting the extra disk space account seems like a hassle and unnecessary (I have unlimited space on my hosted WP site). I have looked at WP video plugins and have not found one that works well with 2.7. This seems like it would be a no-brainer, but many folks seem to be frustrated with the process.

Im a bit confused guys i have tried for a while now to sort out my problem, hopefully you guys can help

I have the www.remarpro.com software and i have a domain hosted by a company. I made a video and i want that video to be on my blog, but without having to use hosting places like youtube etc etc. I have uploaded the video onto the public_html folder in my domain. Is there a media player plugin that can now play this video in my posts? I hope that makes sense it sounds like what you posted before gordo, but i am unsure as to how to accomplish this
