add protected meta tag using WP-REST-API v2

I am WP-REST-Api v2 plugin to add post to my wordpress site, and i have YOAST
plugin for SEO operations. i encountered to protected meta tags Error for adding meta-description and meta-focus-keyword to my posts. after searching in google i found this page which describe how can i solve my problem.
and this work nice but in my wordpress rewrite my plugin.php automaticaly and this solution wont work.
how can i resolve this problem?
