Add Profile Pic to User Comments and Site

Hi, I’m new to WordPress, imported over from blogger. I want to be able to show my profile pic whenever I make a comment on my own blog or other blogs, including making comments on blogger blogs. I see that they have plugins for avatars/gravatars, but I want a photo of myself to post, not a character. Thanks for you help.
