Add “product” column to order list

As the title says, is there a way to add a “product ordered” column to display in the order list? Why this isn’t a feature to this day still blows my mind. Lots of companies use virtual assistans for example where they would only fulfill a specific product, having to click on each order to see what product was ordered seems ridiculous to me.
