Add Price base on Cities within Same Country

I have a store in which Products have different prices for different cities.
I can use Variable Product feature of Woocomerce for different prices but I want to hide other cities prices only Show the Price that user selects at the Start.

This Plugin supports only Countries. Also I can’t add same country more than once if O want to Add different zones with same country.

Is there a work around to this or any other solution anyone can suggest.
