add post_parent to a new post

How can I add post_parent to a new post?
For example:
post-new.php?post_type=post&post_parent=[my-chosen-id]

I have this question because I want to force a parent to a custom post type. And I don’t want to edit the core post-new.php. Thank you in advance.
