Add post title field not there

    I don’t see the field “Add post title” when a start a new post or page. I can put in a title using “Edit post” but if I do that the title still doesn’t show up in searches, e.g. “Category” or in the list of posts.

    I can confirm that I don’t have it too on my end. It’s still not affecting the functionality though, i.e. you can still add the post title and it will still visible. Thank you for reporting this and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. We will fix it ASAP.

    Regarding the post title which is not showing up on the Search page and under the Category page, would you mind sharing with us your live site URL?

    It’s OK thanks, it does work, as you say, even though the words “Add post title” aren’t there. It’s showing up in the search and category lists as well so I’m happy with it. The problem was, I think, that I was doing a post which only had an image so I was looking for a separate field to add a title. URL is https://drjoannanichols.com/teenage-pregnancy-strategies/

    Yes, it still works as it should on the frontend. Again we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Our dev team is working on this. I can’t provide you with an ETA, but I am optimistic that the fix for this issue should be included in the next version.
