Add post title & image above heder

OK guys! You’ve all been a big help with building my site, and I’ve edited almost every part of the iBlog2 template. Now here’s my last project.

Here’s what I want to do:
I want to get, for example, 4 posts with its respective image, above my blog header. In other words, I’d replace the ad I have up there with 4 posts that are in my “featured” category. And those 4 posts would have the posts’ title, as well shrinked image.

And also, can I get than done in my sidebar?
