Add Post in Static Page

Hi Auhtor,

I have use your template, because i love your demo.

But im confused to try make web like your demo, because i have seen your home in demo is using static page, but still shown the post.

Also in navigate, you show category but still shown page. How can you do that? could let me know the way to do that?
