Add portfolio post form in front page.

Hi, I just installed Portfolio Post Type plugin. It’s great.
But I have a problem I want my users to submit their portfolio items.
so I need it in front end.Is it possible?
Is there any plugin or shortcode to put form inside a page?Thank You,
