    Hi,

We are just implementing your plugin on our staging site and trying to figure out how to display the points customers could get on each product page.

Am I being stupid or is this not available?

    Thanks,

    Ricky

Apologise, I meant that as a currency to points value i.e for example if £1 = 10 points, a product worth £20 to display 200 points on product page.

    Hope that makes sense

    Hello Ricky,

Yes that makes sense and you’re right, this feature is not available in the free version. It’s only available in the pro version.

    I have the pro version

Ok, then you should contact the pro support (Go to MyRewards → System → Support) and send us an email.

Or you can go to our documentation (https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com/docs/woorewards-4/) and look for WooCommerce Integration → Product earned points

You will find the needed information there

Yes, that’s the problem with so many features. We’re working on it though.

    Hi,

We have just had to deactivate the plugin because it kept throwing out server 500 errors on both the backend and frontend of our website on almost every click.

How can I reach out to support if the plugin isn’t installed?

Also, any idea at all why/how I can stop this? Now it is deactivated, the website is running fine again without any errors.

Hope to hear back from you ASAP.

    Thanks,

    Ricky
