Add plus ‘+’ symbol in custom permalink

I am developing a wordpress site which requires to add plus ‘+’ symbol in URL and wordpress site does not allow me to do the same. So, my concern is how would I be able to do that? Is it possible to get rid of this problem by using this plugin (custom permalinks)?
