Add Plugin Page Shows Error on Fresh Install of 4.0.1

I have just setup the wordpress version 4.0.1 and when i go to Add New Plugin page it takes ages to open the page and also it gives me error like “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
