    Is file editing disabled on the site? ie. can you use the plugin or theme editors?

    For security purposes, the PHP cron functionality is now only available to users who have permission to edit files (the edit_files capability).

    Plugin editor is not disabled but theme editor is. If that is the issue then I can enable it and it should show up?

    It depends how it’s being disabled, but yes that should fix it. Let me know how you get on.

    P.S. the PHP cron event functionality is somewhat of a legacy feature. You might want to have a think about whether what you want to achieve by using it can be done another way instead.
