There is currently a bug that could prevent the button from being loaded on pages that were built with site builders like Elementor.
The code linked above is custom CSS to slightly modify the button appearance. But I think you would rather need this code snippet instead to achieve what you’re asking for:

Adding this piece of code to your theme’s functions.php file (we usually recommend using a child theme like this instead) should make the button load on your single product page when the button for the product pages is enabled in the settings.

You can add extra space between the buttons with some custom CSS:

	margin-top: 10px;
	float:right;
	width: 645px;
}

You’re right, that’s because of the set button width in the CSS from my previous message.
If you remove the width, the button should scale automatically depending on the layout:

.product #ppc-button {
	margin-top: 10px;
	float:right;
}

removing the float:right; from the custom CSS I shared resets the button placement to the default with just a margin at the top, but it seems you have found that as it looks alright to me now.
