    Hi,

    Is there anyway to add payment info manually to an order from backend(Admin)?

    It might be possible and it depends on the payment gateway and payment gateway plugin you’re using.

    The card details are almost never stored openly in the databases of WordPress/WooCommerce sites though. Usually, it’s a set of unique keys which point towards a particular user in your payment gateway account and if that user has never paid on your site before – you might not be able to add the payment method for them.

    You could also install a plugin like User Switching, switch into the account of a particular user on your site and enter the card details manually for them.

    In any case, the answer to this question depends on the payment gateway plugin you’re using so you may want to reach out to the support team of your payment gateway plugin.
