Add parent to wprm single item slug

I am trying to add a parent to the single wprm item slug.

My current settings are:
WPRM settings->advanced->Post type & taxonomies->Public and recipe slug: resipes

so a single recipe has now this slug:
https://wp.emthrace.org/recipes/wprm-zmaroupatou/
I would like to change that to:

https://wp.emthrace.org/thrace/nutrition/recipes/wprm-zmaroupatou/

I would like to add: /thrace/nutrition/ in the url.
I have achieved that with a plugin called permalink manager lite, however that breaks my woocommerce permalinks so I would like to find a way to add that rewrite rule with a code snipet.
