Add parameter to WordPress Permalink structure

Hi,
I am currently using this permalink structure :
https://blog.com/2009/03/03/my-title-goes-here/
And I would like to add an extra parameter so the URL look like this :
https://blog.com/2009/03/03/my-title-goes-here/param/
How can I accomplish this? My guess is with the permalink structure, but how do I modify it?
