Add page title dinamically on plugin

Hello:

I have created a plugin that generates HTML files. I add on each the header and footer of WordPress using getheader() and getfooter() functions.
I need to add my custom title on each of these pages. I think options plugin could be a solution but I don’t know how to work with it. I can change it’s value when I need?
How can I do it? Any example?

I need that when I change option value, the next time a theme header is used, this title Will appears in header.

With title I am referring to the <title> tag in header.
