Add page takes me to preview of my web page

  • WP 5.4. I click on Page Add New, then I see the Elementor logo and then it takes me to this:

    <web domain.com>?page_id=3992&elementor-preview=3992&ver=1588038535

    Which is a preview of the page apparently. But I don’t get any chance to edit it.

    How can I troubleshoot this?

    Hi, it’s been about a week and wondering if anyone from Elementor could please answer this or provide some help. Would really like to use this plug-in.
