Add Page Slug to breadcrumb

We do know that if you disable the breadcrumbs under SEO > Search Appearance > Breadcrumbs tab, it won’t display the actual breadcrumbs. However, the breadcrumb schema itself will still output. If you want to remove the breadcrumb schema totally, you’ll need to make the necessary modifications by following the Schema API – https://developer.yoast.com/features/schema/api

As for your question about using page URL instead of category in the breadcrumbs, by default, for the option of taxonomies to show in the breadcrumbs for the post content type, you can only select category, tag, or format. In order for changes to pages and new information to show up in Google, this first requires that Googlebot re-crawls the page in question. On average, Google will automatically re-crawl a site every 48-72 hours, but this can vary depending on other factors.

However, if you have your site setup in Google Search Console you can force Google to re-crawl a page by using the URL Inspection Tool feature. You can use this tool to request indexing of the page to try to force Google’s index to update. We also we have a guide on using the URL Inspection Tool feature here.

i have done that already and changes have been implemented from 4-5 days.

We understand that in the search results itself it is still showing the breadcrumb rich result of website name > category, even though you’ve changed the breadcrumb schema to not reflect that.

As mentioned, it will totally depend on Google when they decide to recrawl and show the updated information in the search results. We can only recommend that you ensure the correct breadcrumb schema is outputting, and to request re-indexing and monitor it over time, and see if the changes will reflect eventually.

Now i get the issue

so i want my breadcrumb to look like this :

But currently it look like this

So, the issue here is Position : 2

i want it to be title of the specific page.

how can i do that ?

The breadcrumb schema is automatically generated by our plugin.

We can’t advise on the custom code you’d have to modify to change the breadcrumb schema to fit your needs (as it is outside our scope of support), but we’d like to refer you to this article – https://developer.yoast.com/features/schema/api/

is it yoast premium this ref website is using, if yes, i can buy that too and will that thing come under premium support ?
