Add Page has no drop down menu for header, paragraph, etc

I used the WP Google fonts for my front page. It worked awesome. Then the next day I needed to finish the pages and there was no drop down menu for the font header 1, etc. But, there was many other buttons (like above this box) Bold, Link, Column, etc.
What happened?
