Add page content

Hi there, loving the look of this plugin but I need some help modifying it to work for the required purpose.
What I need is to have every page containing 3 columns between the header and footer.
I can get the three columns no worries (see https://www.torrentdownload.name/blog) however I can’t seem to populate the middle column with the page content. How can I achieve this result?Cheers!
