Add or replace column in Order Confirmation Email

This is certainly possible, however would require some customization. You can customize the confirmation emails by copying the template file to a child theme to override it, and then customizing it there. We have information about this here:

@nazreenexe – Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think Kadence will allow you to *add* extra columns with custom links? At best, they might be able to hide the column but not replace it with custom content afaik.
