In free version you can change image in elementor or for user using gravatar https://gravatar.com/ what is supported by default in WordPress
For premium solution also consider our premium addon for membership and upload profile picture directly from wordpress: https://wpdirectorykit.com/plugins/wp-directory-profile-picture-uploader.html
