Add "Options" to PayPal buttons in s2Member Pro

Our Level 2 and Level 3 memberships need to include choice of T-shirt sizes. I can’t find a way to add that option thru s2Member Pro…only if I create the button directly in PayPal.
And I need to add/have the shipping address for those T-shirts included in their sign up.
