Add option to track just specific URLs

    thank you for the nice plugin!

    Due to several reasons, I want to track just clicks to links with one specific URL. Can you include a feature, that only links to a specific domain will be changed and tracked?

    Example:

    The links will be like they are without the plugin except the links to to example.com/*. These will be changed globally to mydomain.com/goto…

    That feature would help me a lot.
