Add option to float on bottom of window

I asked this in a different comment thread, but decided to start a new one.

Is it possible to add an option to load the floating bar on the bottom of the window, and then keep it there even when the comment section loads?

I have seen this done on some major news sites, and having it there on the bottom of the screen helps with the natural eye flow movement of reading.

The way it is now, by the time a person is done reading the article and thinks, “That was good. I will share it” they are down at the comment section and the share bar has disappeared.
