Add option to completely erase all data upon deletion of the plugin?
-
This seems like a great plugin, but enabling the telemetry function resulted in a fatal error. My only solution was to delete the plugin and try to reinstall it. However, when I tried to do so I got a message saying the plugin could not be activated because it would cause a fatal error.
I found 1 leftover table from GDPR in phpMyAdmin after deleting the plugin and I had to delete this table in order to successfully reinstall the plugin. It looks like something regarding the fatal telemetry function was retained in the system after I deleted the plugin.
For future updates, it might be a good idea to include an option to completely erase all data/files/tables from the system upon deleting the plugin, so our systems stay clean and there aren’t any problems reinstalling it if need be. Otherwise thanks for the good work!
