Add-ons doesn’t work

Hello, i have used the free version before i have buy the pro version.
In the free version i have only the problem, i can′t change the text- and the background color from the tooltip function.
Now i have buy the PRO Version and i have more problems.
On the product-site i see only:

Order total:
0,00 €

I use 6 Labels but i see nothing.
I use the Vendidero theme and woocommerce 3.2.6

I hope to find a solution
