Add one more line in the invoice at the top

Hello
I want to add one more line in theft column under the Payment Method for all the cash on delivery orders.
Amount to be Collected = $100
Like this. How can I add it?Please help

Using our Premium Templates extension you could add a custom block with the placeholder {{formatted_order_total}} and the payment method condition to display it, see below:
