Add-On to Confirm Valid Email?

Is there a WP Job Manager add-on that will allow me to require new users to confirm that the their email is real by clicking a confirmation link in an email sent to the one they are using to register an account?

If not a WP Job Manager specific one, do you know of one that will do this and work well with a WP Job Manager focused site?
