Add on seems okay, but documentation is terrible!
-
They seem to have a lot of great ideas to put in the app but they do not follow it up with thorough documentation. Even after purchasing the “extended” version the documentation is very bad. Generic tutorial videos. Half written notes that leave important parts out. Then if you question them they will tell you that you don’t know how to use their half written tutorials and they try to push you to either pay them to “fix” what they don’t explain how to do or they try to push you to get a refund on codecanyon before you can leave feedback. Then they boast about how “high” their ranking is.
I really feel that if they weren’t so casual about their documentation the purchased app would have some potential but for whatever reason they don’t see the customers time as something that is important. Instead they leave you guessing and struggling to get the add on working.
