Add on purchase – no files or license

Hi – I purchased the rolo controller add on yesterday – the purchase gateway timed out. The purchase went through (I received two confirmation emails) but i did not receive the files or license information.

Can you help please? I’ve tried contacting through your website but couldn’t get it t work.
