• I suddenly have a number of add-ons that were working previously that are not able to be activated. I have LearnPress 4.1.4 which it says is the current version.

For example: LearnPress Collections is deactivated. I try to activate it, and I get the following errors:

LearnPress Collections addon version 3.0.2 requires LearnPress version 3.0.0 or higher is installed and activated.
LearnPress version 4.1.4 require learnpress-collections version 4.0.0 or higher
learnpress-collections add-on version 3.0.2 requires LearnPress version or higher | Can addon invalid key Require_LP_Version.

It then says “Plugin activated”…except it’s not. It’s still deactivated. I regularly go through and update plugins, so I’m really not sure how this broke, but I would love some assistance on how to fix it.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    We have a guide here

    1. For the users using our premium WordPress Themes from ThemeForest.

Go to Dashboard -> Theme -> Plugin -> Update all add-ons to the newest version.

    2. For users from purchased our add-ons from ThimPress.

LearnPress add-ons will not be updated automatically. If you want to update it, please follow these steps below:

Delete the add-ons that you want to update on your website
Go to this page: https://thimpress.com/my-account/downloads and download the latest versions of the add-ons that you want.
Re-install your add-ons with the latest version.

    Thanks
