Add notification: whole contact form data will be deleted after delete plugin

i was deleting CF7 for testing reasons and installed it again and no form was there. i lost all my contact forms!

so please Add notification before delete:
When you click on Delete in the Plugins > Installed Plugins admin page, the plugin attempts to remove its >>whole contact form data<< and >>configuration data<< from the database before it gets removed completely.
