Add notes when submitted, there’s no text.

Hi!
When adding a notes as reply, the notes that was sent is not reflected to the reply section, Its just blank space there even though I fillup the description form. This happens after I update the plugin to the latest version. before it was working properly, Is this a bug? Please reply, Thanks (See screenshot)
