Add "Notes" field in Cart

Hello, I was hoping to find a way to add a entry field for customers to add notes to each product added to the cart. then, of course it sticks to the details page and ends up in the order.

Many of the products I am entering are more customizable than woo can do. Plus each one is different… it just becomes a cluster if I try to add attributes to each one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
