add noindex to feed & rss

There’s no option in the Yoast SEO plugin to add a ‘noindex’ tag to the RSS feed. We have some customization available but only for RSS variables to prevent scraper sites – https://yoast.com/help/how-to-use-rss-variables-in-yoast-seo/

To noindex RSS feeds, we recommend using the ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header tag. While we don’t have an example code snippet, you or your developer can learn more about this tag here – https://yoast.com/x-robots-tag-play/
