Add nofollow only to specific domains

    I have a quick question

    I have a few domains that I always want to be rel=nofollow throughout my website.
    Is it possible to “flip” the plugins settings, so that instead of “Exclude domains” that it could have “Include domains” and then only add rel=nofollow to the included domains?
